Either way is is fact! They own a large portion of Shares in PELE but not all of them and the US Government and the SEC see them as separate Legal entities with separate interests therefore separate legal company's.

The fact remains they are nothing more than Shareholders until we see one Company, one Symbol, one Board and one group of Shareholders. That is not the case at this time.

I continue to believe there is value ProElite and it's product and I cannot speak of or for Stratus.
