The following official website for OTCPS stocks shows no any shorted share at all:

http://www.otcmarkets.com/stock/SNLS/short-sales

However the public website OTCShortReport.com shows totally 649,914 shares or 18.7% of OS are shorted from 06/11/2012 to 11/04/2012...

Note, the majority of floating shares are already locked up by those strong hands and the potential SNLS-shell-taking-over investors!
