A lot of folks didn't think the SEC would halt ACLH, Russell Kidder's other pump and dump scam. The fact is, the SEC knows about Kidder's current scam, PWEI. I'm hoping they'll halt this before more novice investors get swept up into Kidder's scam. But regardless, it will happen...it's only a matter of time. And take it from experience, when the SEC halts a scam, you don't see it coming.

Kidder himself was on a radio show hyping the ACLH scam when the announcement came in. Needless to say he walked out of the radio show. We ACLH shareholders are suppose to have our shares converted into PWEI shares. I mean there was a merger, at least according to PWEI documents, whatever those are worth. But Russell Kidder and his crew don't work by legitimate business standards. They've moved on and left all of us holding worthless ACLH shares. The SEC knows this, and I sure they remember Russell Kidder. It's only a matter of time.
