If a PUBLIC company on an AMERICAN stock exchange cannot:

- prove they have an office.
- prove their revenues / sales / profits with RECEIPTS and BANK STATEMENTS.
- prove they have adequate staff.
- prove that their previous PUBLIC statements were TRUE!
- prove that their stock price is an accurate reflection of the net present value of all future cash flows.
- prove that they actually have a product or service they offer.
- prove that their "acquired" subsidiaries actually made money.
- prove that they can run a business...


then you should RUN AWAY and SAVE YOUR MONEY!
