Hmmm. Price is not value, as value does not reflect in the price if not for a third factor which is DEMAND. Is the current demand for niobium enough to bring an outside investor forward, or is there not enough demand to realize the value and increase the PPS.
Written a while back, as can be seen. These were my thoughts long ago during the value vs. PPS discussions.
Now we have that investor, I think, its not in stone.
I still question is there enough demand for niobium for someone to build a mine and processing facility. Was not it said that CBMM has enough of the mineral to supply the world for hundreds of years?
I've been a long (before we ever had a niobium property), I've unsuccessfully tried to flip, and have just held. But with all of the setbacks, and failures to see a return on investment, well I have just gotten disgusted with this. I hope like H something goes right this year. And yes I know we have the Rocks, just Show Me The Money.
