The banner/no banner situation is happening


I'm logging in from the east coast which shouldn't make a difference and my APS page is in it's own tab.

Refreshing the page intermittantly while watching football shows the banner sometimes and also without any banner other times.

If APS pumps this going into the opening Monday I think we will see .50+, but if they don't or if they take the banner down permanently we will see a sell off.
