Could somebody tell me a lil about shorts? Like when people look at the short volume what does that help them figure out besides it telling them how many ppl are shorting? The higher short % the better or worse? My guess would be worse just cause they constantly buying and selling keeping it from going up unlike if everybody would just hold shares they go up in price a lot quicker.

When I have question I like to put what I think and I like for people to tell me if i'm on the right track or if i'm plain wrong.
