It takes money to make money last I checked. Trying to lump ICPA into the P&D category is a bit reactionary. I'm trying to understand how someone can think there is nano-cap company out there that doesn't change SS to grow. So far the money has been well spent. The foundation for this company to make $$ carrying forward is there. Yes the price has retraced from the summer run, but it's up +600% on the year. Who thinks a 2000% gain in a couple weeks last April is reasonable? Complaining that it didn't hold those gains? How can anyone be upset with the stage that is set going forward?

The only thing a shareholder has to do at this point is be patient.

Oh wait it's the Russian bride theory, or the I'm mad at the CEO theory, or the everything is a scam theory....
