Let's PRETEND ICPA gets $10 a 30 sec commercial.

Just ten dollars.

22 minutes of shows are content, while 8 are commercials.

That's 16 minutes of commercials an hour.

That's 32 30 sec commercials.

That's $320 an hour.

$320/hr X 24hrs/day = $7,680 a day

$7,680 a day X 365 days a year = $2,803,200

Plus Paid Programming (30 min infomercials that they have)

Plus Clear Channel Captive Audiences in Airports

Plus the fact that they can make shows as requested/desired because of the movie studio access...

Plus the fact that they are offering a venue for minority produced shows to a minority audience. Original programming people WANT TO SEE. Yes, some of it is old right now, but it is obviously laying out the blueprint for what it wants to be...an outlet for new and original programming by people who are not being given a chance to show what they have!

People who want to see a more strong ethnic representation on TV will support an opportunity to showcase the talent that is out there if given the chance. They just don't know it is there yet!


Also: People relying on Rabbit Ear TV have less choices of channels than you do, and probably anyone on this board. So to say that people here haven't seen it? Well, not surprising. Not the audience.
