I'm guessing the information gets released to website and to OTC concurrently by Friday the 16th. The 17th is a Saturday. However long it takes OTC to update their information and post, is the question.

I mean will the OTC update be on 16th nov or before? then why cant they update financials directly on nov 17th on OTC ?
