Look at it this way. All weak hands are out which leaves only the longs that believe in the company. O/S have been reduced. If there is no dilution what makes you think pps is going to tank on Monday if no one sells for less than a 1.00. Quite frankly you may not be able to even buy a share for less if no one wants to sell.
