yes there's no dilution at the moment but it could come. and the fundamental question of why anyone should by this right now is what's keeping it back from exploding to .01+ however it is very possible any day if the company really does have something of substance to show for. or if they can get completely right the with SEC with no dilution in the process, that would show they are trying to earn investor confidence, and in that they would earn mine. right now I'm not as confident as I could be.
