I see nothing new has been added to the arguments. All speculation on the DOD and their allocations of funds. Of course an argument can be made on either side. Very much like statistics. A good statistician can prove that an elephant can fit into a shot-glass. Total waste of time in my opinion. Give me something real besides budget "request" for fiscal 2013.
