I mean that "dumping" is when someone sell att "best possible" and do not care what they get paid. What we have had today is someone that wants to sell, but not lower than 58 c. Thats different. The volume so far is not so big either.

Can be financing shares, or someone that bought a bunch at lower levels. Normal trading.
