Looks like I guessed it with this post...these jokers had a plan in place all along. Pre IPO holder given shares in R/M runs out of shares to dump, they reduce guidance, then realize they better kill the run with a take private offer.




TBOW: Massive dumper still locked in. Maybe the R/M pre IPO was part of a larger plan...
