As of Sept 10, 2012 there were 222 million outstanding shares. Even if every single trade since that time had been a newly issued share, which is absurd, there would only be another 42 million shares added to the OS. The real problem here is likely the fact that the float is too small which doesn’t allow for fluid trading. People rushed in as it moved up. When the momo slowed down and the bid support thinned out people bailed and the pps dropped.
