Update from MikeHD in court

everyone was called to court for a jury question. question was are we not able to move to question 2 until we have a unanimous decision on question 1. judge clarified the question with Jury. instructed jury they are not allowed to move on to the validity question untill they decide on infringement. but stated they could move between the 420 and 664 for patent infringement questions as well as codefenfant form
