with that said .. as a gentle reminder
to new mgmt >> JBI is still an OTC co.
(with all the >> er >> *baggage* that entails)

material events will always be 8k'd >> but updates via a PR (qrtrly)
isn't unreasonable .. either .. at this stage of the co.s transition
