ACLH WAS A SCAM AND SO IS PWEI.

Russell Kidder's last scam was ACT Clean Technologies, Inc. (ACLH) the 47.5% common shareholder in PWEI. Kidder has walked away from all ACLH investors, our shares are worthless, and so will PWEI shares soon enough. The word is out on PWEI, as Kidder's next scam...this stock will be halted soon enough.

This is a pure pump and dump scam. No real office. Only ONE (1) employee of record...!!!????!! And this company has a market valuation of $480million...!!???!!!!
