It is true it will take hundreds of millions to develop a major mine. It's also true the money will happen... only if THE ROCKS do enable it in happening... because they validate some unique value that will result from the effort made in development.

If it was true that "THE ROCKS" are what enable the money that would mean that all the drilling and exploration would be for nothing. Pick up some rocks and mail them to china and a check for 100M will be in the mail.
It is WAY more than the rocks.

Choosing to see mineral exploration and development as nothing other than "waiting for the dough", with no value existing and no improvement in value possible without already having funding through development... is a choice... just not a very good one.

And, that choice is not "realistic". The choice is one that opts for purposeful ignorance and myopia over awareness and enlightenment.

And choosing to see the share price as nothing other than shorts and flippers is just as unrealistic.

Ignorance is simple to point out but hard to see the closer it gets to home.
For instance.... Why cant Scott get "normal" funding?
Because the financial world sees penny stocks as not worthy of funding. So if the PPS was higher Scott would not have to search all of china for a company willing to give him a few mil for half the property.
The PPS matters after all.

rocks DO have value, and "the right rocks" have unique value

The Rocks are not value they are only rocks. They MAY hold potential but they are not even good enough to build a wall out of yet. Right now they are nothing more than pieces of a mountain.

The ONLY value that an explorer has is its untapped resources and their ability to get them. SRSR has shown for years that they have the resources but they have no way to get them. Until they do the rocks are one step below a lump of coal in your christmas stocking(at least coal will burn and keep you warm).

Now the other resource a company has is its management. And it is easy to see that if the management of SRSR was half as good as touted the deal would have been closed. As a matter of fact there would be no deal because Scott could show his valuable rocks to any bank and they would fork over a loan in a second and Scott would not have to sell out to china.

So repeating over and over that the share price means nothing and its all about the rocks is choosing to stick your head in the sand.
The ONLY reason you, I, or anyone else is here is because of the share price and not the rocks... you would not be here if the company had only rocks and no shares.
