"Research is a silly thing." That's absurd! You can and should always research, especially when you put your money into a stock regardless of where it's traded.

This stock may well run but you should always make every attempt to verify an unaudited companies claims. You can do most of this via open source. This repository is a good place to start: http://www.blackbookonline.info/
