What difference it will make? at least He has the gut to run the company, and the company is open right now. Now talking about background is a lot people up there with no degree, that they are the CEO's or are owners billionares. In the 70's people believe that you have to have a backround on the company that you run, in the 90's that thinking changed, and they were CEO's with background in telecomunications running cars companies or warehouses or marketing background running electronics, so is not the background that you have is the common sense.
