TradeKing adds $0.01 per share on the entire order for stocks priced less than $2.00

This is from an announcement regarding the merger of Zecco and Tradeking. I believe this is a huge disaster / misfortune for some / many / all of us.

Advice wanted - should I sell before I lose another one third of the value of my shares?
