Typical politicians-they make the laws and then they don't enforce them. In my opinion, the problem is that Ken is well aware of the abuse of naked short selling. Therefore, he also knows that NSS'ers will do the same thing to BVIG. He needs government help and we all know what happens when we rely on the government. Hoping for the best though.
