At this point no one can critisize Wang for not having issued a PR during these past 2 months inasmuch as he probably had no special news to announce--therefore he feels happy that he has saved $5000 which otherwise would have gone to lawyers and Marketwire!

So now that $5000 can be used when the 10Q and related PR is issued on or about November 16!

My feeling is that some unusual upward movement of this stock will take place around Nov 12. I certainly hope that between now and the days before the 10Q is released some big financing deal is concluded so that the remarks of the PR provide the positve news that everyone is looking for.
