Well now this makes no sense, but explains the lack of upward movement in the pps. Paducah is to be shut down in May 2013 because it's not competitive, but to meet contractual requirements will source uranium from...Russia??? How does this make any sense from a strategic standpoint, which is the only reason USEC is getting federal funding? USEC is looking less like a business and more like a research facility with this plan. Hopefully, the market turns around enough to avoid this move.
