From what I heard first hand at the Oct mtg and talking to mgt one on one I don't think at the current time ERHC is even looking for a JV partner in Kenya/Chad. Unless they were willing to come in on terms very favorable to ERHC then we really don't need them at this point in time.

Mgt was quite clear and very specific what the money was for so any talk of them blowing thru money willy nilly with investors not knowing where it is going is hogwash.

Time to end all the hidden agenda BS and accept what mgt keeps telling us as to their plans for Chad/Kenya.
