Either interest died or those who have some of the 750M from 0.0001/0.0002 are just sitting back and holding.

Volume has to pickup if the plan is to be at 0.0008 or higher. Without the volume, stockholders will just speculate on the symbol change and/or other items they think should have happened by now.
