gotcha.. thanks for the input.. i think RJbluesky has some good insight on this and he/she posted a good entry awhile back giving a detailed breakdown of a realistic share structure.

if i have time to look, i'll try to find it and post it again.

all i can say is if we went lower than a 500:1 at $5.50 a share, that would be freaky awesome..
