$0.78.. I'm as serious as I can be.. Why with all the talent and Underwriters this company could muster they could not/were unable at acceptable terms raise any funds.. Some one must of looked at the books IMO..

I believe the conversion of debt. to shares by the Doc. was to bolster the balance sheet and had nothing to do with his confidence in the company.. It really made no difference if he paid $0.50 or $2.00 because of all the $0.70 options the insiders were granted just months before..

The Doc's conversion made good type but IMO it was done to clean up the balance sheet so new funds could be raised.. But still new funds did not come flocking in (in any size) with the wt's and options offered those that did.. I may be off base with this speculation but I do believe the balance sheet and the A/R's were too difficult to be explained by those raising new monies.. The why of the A/R's value will and has always been the main topic of diffierence between the bulls and bears for several years and I see nothing until SPIN gives new Guidance that is believed will change and uncertainty will continue to prevail.. .. ..
