Little new info:
Today I had a small conversation with mr JF, Nisse Sandberg and I asked him some questions.
I asked why the new BOD still not is confirmed and NS told me that that announcement shold have been done already IF the new listing would have been in USA BUT this has now been delayed, depending on the swedish listning.
Then I had to ask him IF he was one of the new persons who possibly would be a new BOD.
He answered yes to that. There is even a new possible member of BOD from Australia. I got no name.
NS even said that they possibly will get into BOD by 1 of januari 2013.
I asked him about if there will get any more dillution of shares.
He said that the company have a 4-years businessplan and that SIAF will continue to follow that plane. This means that there will be more dillution up to 10o milj. shares.
He also said that Mr Solomon was allergic against taking bankloans (except these loans without payning any interest rates, by the China state. This because Solomon, when he was a businessman in Australia "burnt his fingers" by bankloans.
Solomon will probably not ever get any new bankloans.
NS even confirmed that it was Penser Bank who is the possible MM in Sweden. However, there is still not any decision that SIAF will get into FN in Sweden. SIAF and Penser are still examining the possibilitys of that.
I told NS about Nordnets information earlier today. He was not aware of that and looked very happy about this information.
Then I asked if he had any new info about how many SIAF shares there are in Sweden now.
He could not give any new information about this but commented that he never had heard about any SIAF share sold from Sweden!
He said that his own portfolio was more than full with SIAF shares.
NS said that there probably not will be any new information about and from the company before the Q3 report. This because it´s now a sensitive situation in SIAF about the eventualy listning on FN in Sweden and even because there are a lot of bureaucrasy in China and US. Not so much of this in Sweden.
NS guess that the coming dividend will be 2 c.
As far as he knew the company was running as planned. NS seems satisfied about this company.
I think that´s all for now. I´m not a member of JF but NS is a nice person to talk to and he also is willing to give information to anyone. I think he gave me the information I searched for. Mabe I forgot somthing. If so, I´ll be back.
