What i mean is you need an sec attorney to do a financing so you can sell the stock in certain states to people institutions etc,
It must be blue skyed in the states that its sold .
Im running for mayor of this wild wild west town of gtgp .Put some law an order around LOL
If we found out who the lawyer is .for the company it might get some credibility
