In the world of pump and dump pink sheet trading there is this unrelenting degree of deceit, manipulation, and criminality whereby participants aren't investors or businessmen, they more appropriately should be labeled victims and perpetraters. Now that's not just my opinion, but also of the SEC, the regulators mandated to protect honest, well-intentioned investors from being victimized.
