Your post reads nice and gives hope but I believe it's all hogwash. Apex printed on their website many times they were going to update the filings and told many of us verbally the same AND raised funds after being delisted TO UPDATE THE FILINGS.

Where's the updated filings and what happened to the funds that were raised after being delisted?

I want answers, not more pie in the sky bs.
