Then there'e ASD, the company that CDEx must pay royalties to for every Valimed sold. I believe that the iG4 (if ever successfully produced) will also require the payment of royalty fees.

I don't remember seeing any mention of those royalties in court docs ... but admittedly I didn't read them all so it might be in there somewhere.

Besides that, lots in your post for a hot-air-fueled dust devil to whip around!
