Dilution is the number one reason for RFMK's stock to go down in recent weeks. There are more shares for sale than there are buyers. Supply and demand. The fluff PR's, mostly about Shuman, are not enough to garner more demand. Read it a weep. Sad.

The OTC market is full of hustlers and shysters. Most investors/traders lose their butts in this swamp.
