Everyone has their own perspective...yes, I'm impatient and will sell nearly 20% of my shares... when it "bumps-up" to $1.00.

Although I get frustrated with Kim...I don't believe he deserves the label "untrustworthy" or "deceitful". I've been involved in too many business ventures, that didn't keep to their expected timetables...yet were much more profitable, than I anticipated.

I don't remember EVER having a contractor finish the rehab of a property ON TIME....yet many projects produced an ROI beyond my expectations...and I was usually cussing and riding the contractor, constantly....yet used him on another project, after I received my check at closing and took him to dinner.

Just what I have experienced.
