Yes, that is pretty much what APII/WAFR and their biz associates are prom,oting. I think tho, that real investors have caught on to the BS. many of those involved with and running APII/WEAFR have a history of selling nothing for something. Dog, Their ability seems to be somewhat diminished at this point.
