Beats me. I don't care. I own SCCO and I doubt them buying this piss ass company will move there stock price otherwise SRGE would be worth more on its own buyout or not.

Any thoughts on SCCO chart?

I will buy 10% more if it drops to $29 and sell 10% if it rises to $42. I can also have some PUT to me at $25 if it is below that at expiration. I took in $5.50 / share so it will be like buying at $19.50 if it happens.
