VLNX just released some news regarding manufacturing in Brazil. Could be a nice bounce today.

Vision Plasma Systems, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: VLNX) today announced details of its agreement signed with the Mayor of Londrina, in the State of Paraná, Brazil promising financing, tax incentives, and land donation to induce Vision Plasma Systems to manufacture the company's Arc Master I Mobile Plasma Gasification System in Londrina.
