What is the world’s second-largest-selling ophthalmic drug? (Lucentis is the largest.)

Until Feb. 2011 I believe it was Xalatan but since then its patent expired and I think Restasis is bigger (patent running till 2014). Eylea is not far behind and will probably be bigger soon. So for now my answer is Restasis.
