It should check the geography and current weather of the "good ole USA".

It would find there are no dusty, dry places anywhere in the north or south or southeast or east side or anywhere else in the "good ole USA".

To simplify for the grey-matter challenged: that means no hot air for dust devil fuel anywhere except the dry flatlands of west tejas.

If the hot air for which it has become so famous could be bottled, maybe JB could sell it for airplane fuel. That would be a good and novel use for it. Maybe even lucrative. As long as he patents it.
