What's your point? Myself and 5-6 others on this board have been following this stock very, VERY closely over the last 3 years and are intimately familiar with all of these details....
If you've got something new, we'd all greatly appreciate it.
BTW, I do believe the OS ended up being between 8 & 11 billion shares before the 2012 RS ....not sure ....I'll have to look it up. But, yes, over 6 billion by the end of December 2011.
Also, around December 2011 is when Atwell issued something or other suggesting that the earnings for 2010 & 2011 would be released before the end of February 2012. We all know how that turned out.
