Proves how little attention you pay to the trial thats for sure. As others have said, its 9 jurors.

And just because they use GOOG means nothing. A woman sued Mcdonalds for millions 10 years ago because they didnt have a warning saying coffee was hot. Sounds common sense. She took it trial (and trust me, at least one Juror eats at Mcdonalds) and still won.

Point is, using something doesnt mean you would be too happy to see that company get into legal trouble vs the "little guys"
