Hahah 40% to DIP lenders? Oh That is out of whack. So basically if they sell the mine for 700 mil, DIP lenders get 280Million? I somehow don't think that is going to happen. My opinion of course, but i mean for a 35 million dollar loan...Seems sketchy.
