How do you know? I've been on these boards for 3-4 years and this is the first time I've ever heard this.
I've had several correspondences with Atwell. He's mentioned dealings with FINRA & the SEC, but never OTC Markets. In fact, he once suggested that the MMs in charge of CMGR deal with OTC Markets, but that CMGR itself just focuses on its business & FINRA & rarely the SEC.
Last year I actually added up all the share amounts traded since the 2011 RS (May) such that by December, I KNEW how many shares were outstanding. I have not added the shares traded this time around, but I'd be willing to bet that they sum to 1+ billion and not 3+ billion.
Shall I start adding?
