"The second processor was fully assembled from rack modules in approximately 8 weeks. The second processor was debugged within two weeks of assembly."

I would think with time and experience, they would get faster at doing it. Kevin probably based his 6 week estimate on the fact that #2 took only 8 weeks + experience tends to make things go faster the next time around.

As explained at the AGM, the #1 reason for delays has been lead time for parts coming in -- not assembly.
