The key word to me is accountability. If a poster says this company is going to be a certain price by Oct. 31st, then we should not give them excuses. As my drill instructor said, "There's two kinds of people in the world. Those with excuses and those that get the job done." He then looked at our company and said, And you are the people that get the job done!" To which we replied, "Sir, Yes Sir!" That was over 40 years ago and it sticks with me to this day. A person is either whining, wanting sympathy or getting the job done. My grandfather emigrated from Germany at the age of 12-alone with nothing more than the clothes on his back. He worked in a foundry for years and later became a machinist. My father started in a factory and founded an electrical contracting firm that continues to the third generation. I see the same kind of attitude in the leadership of this company. Let's stand with them and see these products go around the world. GO HLNT, Jim
