If James Fallacaro owns MSE because he owns 100% of GTHI

then, GTGP owns ZERO of GTHI

you cannot have it both ways

Jim owns 100% of GTHI and therefore he is the OWNER of MSE

shutting out any ownership of GTHI or MSE by the public company GTGP whatsoever.
