Believe it Sasi, it is true. I got the APS email today around 7PM confirming the fact about $2+ market open due to news of possibility of Microsoft Buyout.
Europe was way behind this news and possibly didn't get to take this news into account...the news itself did not come until afternoon by which time it was already past 4 pm or market close in Europe.
Also, Microsoft buyout could be first occurring for the U.S interests of TAGG. IMO TAGG $5 near term is also not out of the question if company insiders can't sell shares until 11/14/12, and that shorts have to cover this week, as we hear.
Further, if all kinds of shady companies could have gone to $14+ from 0.01 in couple of days to a week as I have seen on ihub, why ca't TAGG go up past $5 in days, when it is a very decent company with a decent product? Nobody cares how much relatively low debt a company has, when their near future has over a billion $ and possibly many billions=gazillion dollars valuation!
